Buxton Carnival 2025
For the Buxton Carnival parade 2025, on Saturday 12 July, we linked up with the iconic dance troupe, The Billerettes, as they marked their 50th anniversary! This served to promote the Buxton Flowerpot Trail 2025, which also celebrated The Billerettes.
We transformed our gigante flowerpot man, which we paraded in the 2019 carnival, into a Billerette at two weekend workshops with members of our team and our Changing Faces youth club. And we danced along behind The Billerettes during the parade.
Workshops were supported by Foundation Derbyshire and The Bingham Trust, as part of our Changing Faces 2024/2025 project.
