Changing Faces 2026/2027

Our Changing Faces project has been running since 2017. It is a creative, after-school club for young people aged 11-18yrs in Buxton who face daily difficulties and disadvantage. We provide a range of creative activities, giving participants choice of what they want to do. Savoury snacks and fruit cordial are offered.

For the 2026/2027 academic year, the project is kindly supported by grants from the Postcode Lottery Community Trust (Millionaire Street Grant Fund), The Bingham Trust, a High Peak CVS Health & Wellbeing Partnership Youth Wellbeing Grant, and contributions from the High Peak Borough Council Councillors Initiative Fund. 
During the spring term, including our carnival activities, the project is supported by grants from the Asda Foundation, Mansfield Building Society, Tesco Stronger Starts and High Peak Borough Council Councillor Initiative Fund. 

Workshops

Workshops run on term-time Tuesdays after-school at St Anne’s Community Centre until 5pm, starting on 15 September 2026. They will run until mid-July 2027.

The club is open to 11-18 year olds who live or go to school in Buxton.

Places are available. Please complete the form below if you would like to refer a young person.
