After a few years supporting the Buxton Town Team with the Buxton flowerpot project, this year, we are leading it, thanks to a DCC Action Grant. And we want to fill Buxton with flowerpots – people, animals, objects, aliens – for July for Buxton’s summer festivals.

We will be running drop-in workshops where you can pick up pots for free and get decorations and making instructions (see leaflet for dates) and working with other groups to help make flowerpot people.

We would love people to get involved with the project, either by making a flowerpot person and displaying it (in a window, on a wall…), helping us at workshops, spreading the word and enjoying the project.

We will also create a flowerpot trail for July with locations of the flowerpot people on so you can see them all!
